This week's chocolate-y little selection was chosen by Tanya of Chocolatechic. These brownies had just a few basic brownie ingredients but it was the technique of putting the batter together that made them different. Half of the egg/sugar mixture was whipped up separately from the rest of the batter to create a lighter but still very fudgy brownie. These were a hit at the party I shared them at. A simple recipe I'm pretty sure I'll make again.
